Some guy from church posted as his status ‘I hate waking up when it’s dark’ and I’m so so tempted to post as a status ‘this is the day that the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it’ but I feel that would be petty and rude…
So, one of the holes in my ear has spontaneously gotten really sore, kinda swollen and basically just infected. I have no idea why except for it just being young people being silly, which I don’t think it is.

My goodness, I had a wonderful day. So so wonderful. I did a Senior Lounge (chill, talk and make yr 11-12 students hot chocolate) today for the first time, instead of Student Focus (yr 7-8 games and short talk).

I’ve realised that when I feel metaphorically backed up against a wall by any kind of male person I tend to sit and squeak. I kind you not. Actual squeaks.
I think sit and tell myself to cut it out, because I’m being silly and lame. And silly.

well I mean, I guess most people nowadays say it like it looks…and I just think it’s unusual that he calls his church as a whole beloved. Just something you don’t hear every day.

It’s a really lovely word. I want to use it more, except that it’s one of those words I’d reserve for ‘special occasions’ because to me it means a lot.

I guess I’ll just wait for my beloved to turn up. Whenever that ends up being.
